AI agents for business data

AI agents that read your numbers — and tell you what needs attention

Our agents work on the data your business already has — in your ERP or accounting software, payroll, and Excel. They analyze it on a schedule and email you the report: which stock is tying up cash, which store is slipping, where cash flow is heading. No new system, no double entry, read-only access — and every number traceable to the document it came from.

    Where the hours go

The data is all there. The picture isn't.

Most businesses already have every number they need — spread across the ERP, the payroll program, and a few spreadsheets kept on the side:

    • Someone copies figures from several programs into one spreadsheet — by hand, every day, before anyone can see how the stores did.
    • Stock decisions wait for the next manual report — so slow movers keep tying up cash while bestsellers run out.
    • Nobody watches the cash-flow projection, because building it by hand takes longer than the day allows.
    • "Where does this number come from?" is a phone call — and the answer depends on who built the spreadsheet.
    • Every new tool wants its own data entry — and nobody on the team has time to feed another system.

The best AI agent is the one your team forgets is there — because the report is simply in the inbox, and every number checks out.

    Four rules every agent follows

Built around the way you already work

    1. 01

      Nothing gets replaced

Your ERP, payroll software, and current workflow stay exactly as they are. The agents work alongside the programs you already use.

    2. 02

      No double entry

No figure is ever typed twice. Agents never ask your team to retype or confirm anything in a new system.

    3. 03

      Read-only access

By default, reporting agents only read — they don't write, change, or delete data in your systems. If a report is ever wrong, the worst case is a wrong report — nothing more.

    4. 04

      Every number has a source

Each figure in a report links to the document or row it came from. "Where does this number come from?" is answered with a click, not a phone call.

    Agents with a job description

    One agent, one clear job

Each agent has its own schedule, data sources, rules, and recipients. The jobs we set agents up for:

    Inventory analysis

On your schedule — say, Monday and Thursday by noon: stock older than six months and the cash locked in it, items that will run out within ten days, falling sellers, stock value by location, and a reorder proposal per supplier as an Excel file. The order itself is still placed by a person.

    Store performance control

Every day: turnover, margin, costs, turnover per employee, average receipt, sales mix, and slow movers — per store and side by side, merged from the programs your team now copies into one spreadsheet by hand.

    Finance & cash flow

A daily view of your cash position and planned inflows and outflows, following a model we first define and test with you on past data — with an alert when the projection leaves the agreed range. It never initiates a payment.

    Document intake

Read invoices, delivery notes, and orders from PDF or email and prepare structured entries for your ERP — with a person approving before anything is written.

    Customer & lead answers

Answer order-status and product questions or qualify website leads in the visitor's language, from your live data — and hand over to a person when it matters.

    MCP connectors

Give Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible assistants controlled access to your own data, read-only or read-write, through the Model Context Protocol.

    What you get

Reports in your inbox, proof one click away

    • Reports by email

On an agreed schedule, to named recipients, in your language. You don't have to open an app to see the result.

    • Instant alerts

When an agent spots a deviation between reports — a sudden jump in a purchase price, an item below critical stock — it sends a short alert right away.

    • Evidence for every figure

Each claim in a report comes with the document or row it was taken from, one click away.

    • Follow-up questions

Ask a question in the context of a report — "which finished products use this raw material?" — and get the answer from the same data.

    • A log of every run

When the agent ran, what it read, how long it took, and whether it succeeded — kept for the retention period agreed with you.

    • English, German, Serbian

Reports and the app in the language your team works in — and in another for reporting to partners abroad.

    Your data, your decisions

    Clear rules for your data

    Your data stays yours

How your data may be used, how long it is kept, and when it is deleted are agreed in writing with you before any access is set up.

    GDPR from day one

Processing follows the GDPR and Serbian data protection law, and the data processing terms are part of your agreement with us.

    Read-only by default

Reporting agents are set up with read-only access unless agreed otherwise. Agents that write to your systems are a separate, explicitly agreed scope.

    Decisions stay with you

Reports support decisions; they don't make them. Orders, payments, and bookings are made by your people.

    How an agent is introduced

Trust is earned with a measured result

Every agent goes through the same five steps — deliberately, so that it doesn't get your trust before it has earned it. We start with one pilot agent, ideally one whose results can be checked against a report you already have.

    1. 1

      Work snapshot2–3 days

A working session and the real material: the documents, spreadsheets, and reports your team makes by hand today. Without them, an agent can't be defined.

    2. 2

      Data access3–5 days

Read-only access to your ERP and other sources, set up with your IT contact — a read-only database account or a scheduled export. Done once, for all agents.

    3. 3

      Silent phase1–2 weeks

The agent works on real data and sends nothing. Its results are compared with your team's, and the output is a number: the share of results correct without a single human correction.

    4. 4

      Supervised phaseabout 2 weeks

Reports start arriving. Every correction you send becomes a permanent rule for the agent, and the number of corrections has to fall week by week.

    5. 5

      Regular operationongoing

The agent runs on its own, on schedule — and you're told if a run ever fails.

    AI agent questions

    What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to carry out a defined job — reading data from your systems, analyzing it, and reporting on it or acting on it — rather than only chatting. A good agent has a narrow job, access to exactly the data it needs, and clear limits on what it may do without a person.

Do we have to replace our ERP or accounting software?

No. The agents read from the programs you already use — your ERP or accounting software, payroll, and Excel files — and your workflow stays exactly as it is. If the core system itself is the bottleneck, that's when a custom ERP makes sense.

Can an AI agent change the data in our systems?

Not by default. Reporting agents are set up with read-only access, so they don't write, change, or delete anything; a proposal such as a reorder list is carried out by a person. Agents that write to your systems are a separate, explicitly agreed scope with approval steps.

How do we know the agent's numbers are right?

Before it sends anything, an agent runs in a silent phase on your real data, and its results are measured against a report you already trust — for example, days of stock must match your ERP's report item by item, and totals must match to the cent. Every figure also links to the document or row it came from.

How long until the first agent is running?

Typically about five weeks from the day data access is in place: a few days for the work snapshot and read-only access, one to two weeks of silent phase, and about two weeks of supervised reports before regular operation. We start with one pilot agent and add the next only once the pilot shows measured accuracy.

Which systems can the agents read?

Wherever your data lives: an ERP or accounting database through a read-only account or a scheduled export, payroll software, and Excel files — ideally kept in Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. For reporting at real volumes, reading data off the screen is neither reliable nor fast enough, so we don't build on it.

    What happens to our data?

It stays yours. How it may be used, how long it is kept, and when it is deleted are agreed in writing with you before any access is set up, and processing follows the GDPR.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot waits for questions. An agent does a defined job on a schedule — reads the data, runs the analysis, sends the report or the alert — within the permissions you give it. You can still ask it follow-up questions about a report, answered from the same data.

Which report would you hand over first?

Tell us which numbers your team pulls together by hand today — stock, stores, cash flow, anything else. We'll tell you whether an agent can take it over, what data it would need, and how we'd measure that it's right.
